How Same Day Delivery work?
Step 1 - Checkout at Urban Republic online store.
Step 2 - Select "Same Day Delivery".
Step 3 - Complete the order at UR online store.
Step 4 - Receive your new HUAWEI WATCH D2 or HUAWEI MatePad 12 X on the first day of launch*.
* Pre-order from 19th Nov 2024 to receive your new HUAWEU MatePad on the first day of launch.

How does outlet pickup work?
Step 1 - Checkout at Urban Republic online store and select "Store Pickup".
Step 2 - Select the nearest pick-up outlet.
Step 3 - Complete the order.
Step 4 - Show the order confirmation email to our staff and collect your device on the selected date.
* You will need to collect your order within 2 working days from order date.
** Present your Identification Card (IC) and the soft/ hard copy of the confirmed pre-order for verification.
*** For security purposes, representatives are not allowed for device collection.
